Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Damaged Goods
If a claim is being made for a damaged item, you will be asked to submit photos of the damaged product. Claims for damaged goods must be sent to us within 10 days of item delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days, please contact your credit card company as it can take some time before your refund is processed.
Next, contact your bank to inquire about the delay.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email via our contact form for further instructions.

If you buy a product by mistake or if you longer do not need it, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
